Wilder Kaiser
The Wilder Kaiser Tour is a very demanding challenge in terms of both distance and metres in altitude. A great deal of stamina and a certain capacity for suffering are required to successfully complete the 80.8 kilometres with 1300 metres of ascent. The tour takes us via Schwendt, St. Johann and Ellmau to the Hintersteinersee lake in Scheffau. With its Caribbean blue water and its fantastic location on the Wilder Kaiser, it is the perfect place for a little refreshment (Restaurant Seestüberl). From here it's downhill over the Eiberg to Kufstein and then over the Buchberg back to Walchsee.
