Großes Walsertal Gravel Tour
On this challenging 60.5-kilometre gravel bike tour, you will master around 2,120 metres in altitude. The route takes you from Ludesch into the impressive mountain panorama of the Großes Walsertal biosphere reserve. After an initial ascent, you reach Alpe Laguz and enjoy the expanse of the alpine plateau before continuing to the highest point of the tour at Groppergkopf at around 1,840 metres. Spectacular views of the surrounding peaks accompany you all the way. After the rapid descent towards Sonntag, the varied landscape of the biosphere reserve opens up to you at close quarters. You finally roll back to Ludesch via Fontanella and St. Gerold. The tour is ideal for experienced gravel bikers who want to gain metres in altitude and experience the impressive diversity of the Großes Walsertal at the same time.
