Gravel bike holidays in Gravel.Tirol

Gravel.Tirol - this is the ingenious alliance of the four tourism regions Lechtal, Reutte Nature Park Region, Tannheimer Tal and the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena in the Tyrolean Außerfern. That's 4 top gravel regions and 1,000 kilometres of trails under one helmet! Tyrol's largest gravel region offers 18 varied gravel bike tours with more than 22,000 metres of climbing over hill and dale. The cross-country routes take us along the German-Bavarian border - from the Zugspitze to Lech, Füssen and Oberjoch. The wild alpine landscape invites you to discover it - from the terrain rather than from the road. The imposing nature is the greatest asset of the Tyrolean Außerfern and this is exactly what you need to explore away from the tarmac and the usual paths.

From wildly romantic to alpine and challenging

Each of the four regions has its own character under the helmet: with crystal-clear summit lakes, wide gravel banks and extensive forest areas, the alpine landscape of the Lech Valley is captivating. The Reutte Nature Park region is pristine and close to nature. Characterised by Tyrol's second largest lake and the Lech river, the region is the hub for tours in the surrounding Gravel.Tirol character regions. Nature in the Tannheimer Tal is also pristine and wild, opening up in three directions between idyllic alpine meadows and steep peaks. Last but not least, the views and destinations in the challenging and wildly romantic Tiroler Zugspitz Arena are always directed upwards - towards the imposing Zugspitze. Here, gravel paths are made unsafe, flow and wind are felt and muscles are made to burn.

Highlights for your gravel bike holiday

  • 4 regions under 1 helmet: Lechtal, Reutte Nature Park Region, Tannheimer Tal and Tiroler Zugspitz Arena
  • The largest gravel bike region in Tyrol: 18 gravel bike routes, over 1,000 kilometres of trails with around 22,000 metres of elevation gain
  • GravelKING: three tours and four regions packed into one experience
