Once around the Kronplatz - the No. 1 ski mountain, whether clockwise or anti-clockwise. You can do it both ways and it's always the same steepness! You'll have to put in a bit of effort. If you can't get enough, you can "climb up" from the Furkelpass via a gravel road to the Kronplatz summit at 2272 metres. This route has been the finish of a Giro d'Italia stage several times! The majority of the Kronplatz circuit is on tarmac, but you can also choose alternative routes on gravel paths. On the way home, it's worth stopping off in the old town centre of Bruneck. This hip town offers everything from the MMM Museum to chic fashion shops and stylish aperitif bars. From Brunico/Bruneck it is then just 5 kilometres on the cycle path or via country lanes back to the Hotel Innerhofer or Gisse Zwölf in Gais/Gais.
