Cavendine
Arco is easy to reach from the surrounding villages via convenient cycle paths. From here, you quickly gain altitude, are surrounded by olive trees and holm oaks and are close to some of the rocks that have made this area famous for climbing. The route continues through the village of Braila to Drena and then into the Val di Cavedine, at the foot of Monte Bondone. The most challenging section is the descent into the Valle del Sarca, along the route through the archaeological area of Cavedine. The rather uneven ground here on old cobblestones makes some sections anything but predictable. After this section, the terrain becomes flat again and you reach Lago di Cavedine and then the valley floor.
