Furkelpass round
The Furcia Pass circuit is a demanding but rewarding challenge for fit gravel bikers. The route begins with the long ascent to Passo Furcia at 1,759 metres, where the landscape changes between the Pustertal valley and the Ladin-influenced Gadertal valley. Once at the top, a breathtaking view opens up before a challenging descent follows. The route then leads along the Rienz river through tranquil alpine landscapes and past historic places such as the Maria Saalen pilgrimage church. An insider tip is Enneberg Pfarre, a picturesque village where you can experience authentic Ladin culture. The last few kilometres lead through the Fanes-Sennes-Prags Nature Park before the tour finally ends in St. Vigil - exhausted but full of unforgettable impressions.
